How much does it cost?
It depends on the square metres and the condition of the surface. That is why we measure before quoting: the aerial report is free and comes with a fixed price within 48 hours, with no obligation.
Can high pressure damage the roof?
Pressure is matched to each surface and there is no abrasive contact. And because nobody walks on the tiles, you avoid the risk of cracked tiles that comes with a traditional clean.
Do you need to come inside?
No. We work from the outside and the pilot stays on the ground. We only ask that the windows are kept shut.
How long does it take?
A typical house is done in one morning. There is no structure to put up or take down, so there are no days of works at home.
What if it rains or it is windy?
We don't fly. We reschedule for the first day with the right conditions, at no cost to you.
What products do you use?
It depends on the surface and on what sits underneath. There is an organic product for when there are plants, animals or a pool, a chemical one for moss and lichen with a grip on the tiles, and a solar-specific one for panels. The choice is named in the aerial report, before you approve the job.
Do you work for condominiums and property managers?
Yes. We send the operation paperwork the same day, and the aerial report doubles as a record of the property's condition, which is useful when reporting back to the owner.
